Rocks

The German magazine Rocks has two pages on Slade in their issue No. 3, May/June 2008. It features a short bio, pretty correct, except they name Dave the bass player of the group. It also has a page recommending eight of Slade’s albums. Slade Alive! and Old New Borrowed And Blue are named essentials, whereas Play It Loud!, The Very Best Of Slade, Slayed? and We’ll Bring The House Down are other albums mentioned. Last but not least the magazine recommends Beginnings and Nobody’s Fools, but with a warning that these albums don’t have the usual Slade-sound.
